You're one set short of a real hand. Work out how many of the tile you still need are within reach.
Read your hand and the table. Your hand shows the set you're collecting, with the copies you still need faded. The discards on the table show every tile that has been thrown, in the open for everyone.
Count what you can see, then subtract. Four of most tiles exist. Eight of each Flower, eight of each Joker. Take away the copies in your hand and on the floor, and what is left is still hidden, in the wall or another player's hand.
Levels. Level 1 counts one suit. Level 2 adds honors and flowers, where flowers come eight to a set. Level 3 flips it: pick the tile safest to wait on, the pung or kong with the most copies still out. Clear a level at 100 percent on the first try to open the next.
