Buy & download →All three 2026 Card Challenge Workbooks in one download: 189 drills on 189 pages, from the first Charleston pass to the fourteenth tile. A real rack on the front of each sheet, the answer on the back in plain words, and a box to write in. Use them with your own card. Play them digitally, on the go, with interactive PDFs, or print them out and enjoy them at the dining room table.
The 2026 Card Challenge Workbooks are what we built for our own table: the people we play with wanted somewhere to practice between games, not the rules one more time. Together the three books follow a hand from start to finish, written for the 2026 card, four sections to a book, and every section runs from Newly Seated to At the Table to Runs the Table.
Charleston and Building (62 drills, 57 pages) is about your own rack: Charleston Passes, What Am I Building, Joker Decisions, and Pivot or Persist. Reading and Defense (63 drills, 63 pages) looks up at everyone else's: Read the Table, Danger Tile, Build or Block, and Call It Dead. Endgame and Advanced Play (64 drills, 69 pages) is the last stretch of the hand: Count the Wall, Which Wait, Concealed or Exposed, and Is It Mahjong.
The books never tell you which line to play. You read your own NMJL card, decide, and write it down. The answer counts what it saw and says what the wrong choice would have cost. Every drill was checked against the real card before it was printed. Each book is also sold on its own for $9.99; the Complete Set is all three for $24.99.
This is a digital download of three PDF files. No physical book ships. You will need your own NMJL card; the workbooks do not include or reproduce the card and never print its lines. The Order of the Tile is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League; these are independent practice guides written with respect for the card and the people who make it. Colors vary a little by screen and printer. For personal use only.

On ownership. Every guide and printable here is Prim's own original work, yours to keep, print, and enjoy at your own table. It is not yours to sell, share, give away, or reproduce for anyone else.
